Apple nerds, mark your iCal-endars! Ending all the hype and speculation, Apple announced today at WWDC that the 3G iPhone will launch on July 11th priced from $199 for the base 8gb model and $299 for the 16gb version. The other important piece of the puzzle were the visuals. It will be available in two colors: black (8 & 16gb) and white (16gb only). Otherwise, the case remains mostly the same. Apple has relaunched its iPhone website touting it as “Twice as fast… half the price”, but what exactly do you get for half that price?
